14-year-old girl disappears from Colorado high school football game

Anguished family members are actively looking for a young girl who went missing last week after being seen with two “sketchy older men” during a high school football game. The girl’s disappearance has left them inconsolable.

After being seen at Boulder High School in Colorado on September 30, 14-year-old Chloe Campbell vanished. Her family believes she may have been trafficked more than 600 miles to Arizona.

Despite first dismissing the case as a “runaway,” Boulder Police are now urging anybody with knowledge on the missing schoolgirl to come forward, warning that she may be “in danger.”

Her mother Dr. Jessica Knape said that her daughter had not been able to take her medicine for her underlying medical concerns, and her family is worried for her wellbeing.

A private investigator has been recruited by Dr. Knape and Chloe Campbell’s father, David Campbell, to help them locate their daughter, who may have been drunk the last time she was seen.

David asserts that the only messages the family has gotten are from ‘third parties’ via a Snapchat identity that ‘could be anyone,’ as her family fears that she is being detained against her will.

He continued by saying that they had gotten a troubling image from an unnamed source, proving that she was still alive but that she seemed “damaged and sick.”

The missing youngster is said to have sent messages to a number of her pals, but her parents claim that they came from social media accounts that they are not acquainted with.

The Boulder Police Department finally joined the search for their daughter eight days after her parents made a frantic effort to bring their daughter home by posting posters throughout the neighborhood.

‘Her whereabouts are still unknown to police or her family, and we feel she is seriously at-risk owing to a multitude of issues,’ Dr. Knape said in a statement.

There are friends who claim that she may be dating a man (or multiple men) or older boys who may have a history of drug use and violent criminal activity.

We suspect that there may be other children who are aware of her whereabouts or know how to contact her, but they are not informing the family or the authorities.

They may be hiding information because they worry for their own safety, according to some evidence.

Law police and school officials have minimized the vital nature of the case, which has created great stress, since Chloe’s case was first labeled as “runaway” and not “missing.”

“We have employed a private investigator in the meantime to continue following leads,” the statement reads. “We are working together with the authorities to get the case the necessary categorization.”

Her father David continued, saying to Fox News: “Chloe never returned home and we got really worried. We began looking into it and discovered that she was last seen with two older men.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing her with two men. Aged men. unfit to attend high school. The other had a beard, and one of them was Asian.

There was a football game going on at Boulder High around this time, and the two men are characterized as hazy.

We have received many indications from different sources claiming to know Chloe’s whereabouts, that she is “safe” and “has money” there, and that she is with a “family” there.

We want to be clear that we have no relatives in Arizona, thus we find this to be quite suspicious.

Although it was discouraging, the investigation continued despite criticism from Boulder High and Boulder Police who said, “Hey, it’s no big deal; she’s just a runaway.”

They will employ “every resource on this world,” according to her mother, who called her “vivacious and hilarious.” She also promised to return her home safely.

John Ramsey, the brother of the slain JonBenet Ramsey, has also criticized Boulder Police for how they handled the case of the missing 14-year-old.

Boulder, get off your ass and locate this kid, Ramsey tweeted. Ever meet a 14-year-old child? Not often able to be trusted to make wise, logical judgments.

Boulder Police stated in a statement that Chloe had not been in contact with anybody since September 30, which was eight days ago.

Investigators have learned some details from acquaintances who seem to have been in touch with Chloe, and there have been a few reports of her sightings in and around the Boulder region, they said.

But since September 30th, nobody in her family has talked to Chloe.

Friends claim to have received texts from Chloe indicating that she is safe with a “family” in Arizona and does not want to go back, however family and authorities have not been able to establish whether or not these messages are genuine or from Chloe.

‘At this time, this case does not fit the requirements for the issue of an Amber Alert, but detectives are becoming more worried about the safety of the adolescent since it is thought that she is not in possession of any money or medicine,’ they said. She may be with a grown man.

The authorities are hopeful that spreading the word about Chloe’s loved ones’ flyers across the community would aid in the reunion of the kid with her family.

The family of Chloe wants her to understand that they just want her to return home safely and that she is not in any danger.

‘We have been in regular touch with the Boulder Police Department as they have been investigating a missing BVSD student from Boulder High School who failed to return home following last Friday’s football game between Boulder High and Fairview,’ said Boulder High School in a statement (on Sept. 30).

Although they have categorized the case as a runaway, they are now saying that the kid may be in danger, therefore we are contacting the community to let them know.
