James Rayl, 22, was shot three times by Michell Duckro, 52, when he unexpectedly turned up at their Ohio home on July 31.
Previously, Rayl dated Duckro’s daughter, 22, but the relationship ended a year and a half before the sad event.
Allyson recalls the terrifying incident in newly discovered video that DailyMail.com has access to as she talks through what transpired just before her father shot the ex-boyfriend.
James and Allyson split up in 2019 because he was “just being a d***,” according to Allyson.
I don’t know how he did it, but he smashed the glass in the door, she said to the policeman. The door frame came loose. He made an entrance.
Then, since I had no idea what to do, I panicked and fled.
I just heard the gunfire; I didn’t even see him fire it. I spent a lot of time hiding. I let out a lot of screams before actually freaking out.
New footage obtained by DailyMail.com shows Allyson explaining her relationship with her late ex-boyfriend who was shot at her home in Ohio
Here, 52-year-old Mitch Duckro and his 22-year-old daughter Allyson are seen having their initial conversation with Shelby County Sheriff’s deputies.
The night before the shooting, Rayl left his ex-girlfriend a message asking how she was doing.
Unarmed Rayl was fatally shot by Duckro through the front door of his home on North Kuther Road in horrifying Ring camera video.
Rayl may be seen attempting to enter the house, but Duckro shoots him after telling him to “James no, get off my porch” and “I have a pistol.”
Only his feet are seen on the video as he stumbles away from the door and then collapses on the property’s driveway.
After hearing “four or five” gunshots, neighbors can also be seen fleeing the area, but Rayl was left to bleed to death on the floor for at least seven minutes before law authorities came.
