Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, feels that the country is on the verge of a turning point.
In his address to Luxembourg’s government and citizens, Zelensky stated:
Russia has captured almost 20% of Ukraine’s territory; the front line is over 1,000 kilometers long, and Russian troops have entered 3,620 Ukrainian villages.
The Luxembourg authorities were hailed by Zelensky for their decision to deliver arms to Ukraine. Luxembourg, unlike other countries, lacks substantial military stockpiles and defense production infrastructure, according to him.
“However, as befitting people with a huge soul, you demonstrated the solidarity of a great nation by providing defense support on time and without excessive bureaucracy,” he remarked.
Earlier, Zelensky said that Kyiv had no plans to attack the territory of Russia.
His comments came in response to reports about an opportunity for Ukraine to strike the Russian territory with the help of US-made extended-range multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
