A former councillor was discovered dead in his office after testifying against three of his colleagues before NSW’s anti-corruption watchdog.
Emergency services discovered Clifton Wong, who served on the Hurstville City Council from 1999 to 2012, in an office building, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.
The 62-year-old man’s death was not under any suspicious circumstances, according to police, who are also writing a report for the coroner.
