After three years of dating, the “Total Bellas” actress and the “Dancing With the Stars” pro wed on August 26 in Paris, France, in front of a select group of family and friends, including their two-year-old son Matteo.
On Instagram, the pair posted pictures from their special day, including one showing off their wedding bands and another of them standing in their wedding dress with the Eiffel Tower in the backdrop.
Bella and Chigvintsev wrote in a joint post that a four-part documentary on their wedding and preparations was planned, so viewers will be able to see their nuptials.
They said in the captions: “We said I DO,” “Nikki Bella Says I Do,” a four-part special event that will debut on @eEntertainment, “can’t wait to share the complete adventure with you all.””
After exchanging vows, the 38-year-old bride and her new husband “couldn’t stop smiling.”
On her Instagram Story, Bella noted: “I want this sensation to last forever as we both can’t stop grinning. Mr. Chigvintsev, you have my unwavering affection.”
Brie Bella, Bella’s twin sister, was one of the first people to respond to the news.
It was “so wonderful and gorgeous!!!!” she wrote.
In addition, Brie posted images of her daytime black-and-white attire and asked followers to watch the programme when it premieres the next year.
She penned: “Love is the most amazing thing there is.
We can’t wait for you to follow Nicole and Artem as they make their way to the altar on E! (sic) in January.
E! News reports that the special will follow the pair as they plan their wedding, including Bella’s bachelorette party, venue hunting, and dress shopping.
Additionally, it will detail the strains the couple experienced, such as adjusting to motherhood and wondering about whether Chigvintsev’s relatives in Russia would be able to attend the wedding.
The couple originally connected in 2017 when they were paired up on “DWTS,” but their relationship didn’t really take off until 2019.
They then got engaged in January 2020, around the same time they announced they were expecting their first child.
