The Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) 2022 Entrepreneurship Training Program is now accepting applications. Are you a company owner seeking the skills and knowledge required to operate a successful enterprise in Nigeria? Apply for the Nigerian Development Bank Entrepreneurship Program 2022.

The Development Bank of Nigeria is committed to enhancing the capacity of Nigerian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) so that they can formalize, expand, and become more bankable in order to have easy access to readily available financing.

The DBN Learning Management System (LMS), a free learning platform featuring carefully curated self-paced courses, was scheduled for release this year. The platform is accessible to any Nigerian micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) interested in acquiring the necessary business skills to flourish in Nigeria.

In addition, DBN will choose the top 200 businesses to get in-person training in Lagos and Abuja. This in-person workshop would give entrepreneurs the opportunity to practically apply fundamental business ideas to their diverse enterprises, as well as discuss and receive assistance in specific areas of need.

Development Bank of Nigeria Entrepreneurship Training Program Eligibility Table of Contents
The proprietor of the business must be at least 18 years old; he or she must be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident; the business must be headquartered in Nigeria; and it must be a for-profit enterprise in any industry.
Once accepted, the applicant must be available to commit to the training program.

How to Apply for the Entrepreneurship Training Program of the Development Bank of Nigeria
Interested firms are required to register on the DBN BizAid application, complete a minimum of four necessary courses on the BizAid Learning management platform, and achieve an average score of 70%. Required coursework includes Accounting and Bookkeeping.

All businesses that have completed the four courses by September 23 will receive an email including an application link for the in-person training.
Within 24 hours of submitting the application form, the candidate will receive an email confirming receipt.
Applicants will be reviewed and shortlisted after the application deadline depending on the qualifying requirements.
From the pool of shortlisted applications, a winner will be chosen using the predetermined selection criteria.
The successful applicants will be contacted via email to the provided email address and phone call to the phone number listed on the application form.
On-site Training for chosen applicants will begin in Lagos and Abuja from October 17 to October 21, 2022.
