The Quality Improvement Team (QI) at the General Hospital, Ijede has made patients and staff aware of the need to consistently abide strictly to information given during counseling by doctors, pharmacists, and other caregivers in an effort to stem the tide of high incidence of drug resistance and therapeutic failure associated with misuse and abuse of drugs, especially (antimalarial, antibiotics, analgesic, antianxiety, and anti psychotic drugs).
