The management of Delta State University (DELSU) has announced the steps for new student medical screening. This notice is intended for all candidates admitted to Delta State University’s (DELSU) undergraduate programs during the 2022-2023 academic year.
DESLU Medical Examining Method
Students are expected to follow the processes outlined by school administration in order to complete the medical screening;
Pay N5,000 into the ‘DELSU Medical’ Account at any Ecobank, UBA, Fidelity, Unity, or Zenith bank.
Visit the webpage for the University health centre at www.Delsuhealthservices.com. 48 hours following payment to confirm payment.
Click the Register with Health Centre link on the homepage Enter Surname and verify information
Complete the provided registration form and establish a student profile
Complete the personal information and medical screening forms, and submit your passport to the field form.
Proceed to the University’s health clinic for a medical examination.
Students are required to provide the following materials: 2 passport pictures Original copy of the cashier’s admission receipt Printout
