Thursday will mark Odell Beckham’s return to the Giants’ facility.
It is uncertain whether he will sign with the team that picked him with the No. 12 overall choice in the 2014 NFL Draft.
The new Giants front office, led by general manager Joe Schoen, desires to meet the often-electric but injury-prone wide receiver, with the first order of business being to determine how well his left knee has recovered from surgery to repair a second torn anterior cruciate ligament in late February.
The meeting with the Giants is scheduled for Friday, according to The Post. NFL Network was first to announce the specific dates of the visit. On December 5, Beckham will meet with the Cowboys. Additionally, he is anticipated to meet with the Bills at some time.
Beckham, 30 years old, is eager to join a team for the duration of this season and sign a contract that will pay him until 2023.
The Giants, who are 7-4 and firmly in the NFC playoff picture despite a two-game losing streak at receiver, are eager for assistance.
Beckham has not set foot on a practice field and it will take him time to acclimate to the rigors of an actual NFL game. Therefore, it is unknown if he will be able to contribute over the remainder of the season. On February 13, he assisted the Rams in winning the Super Bowl.
It seems unlikely that the Giants would offer Beckham a substantial contract until 2023.

The Cowboys’ public pursuit of Beckham has been far more intense, with players openly courting him.
Not long after the Cowboys upset the Giants 28-20 on Thanksgiving, quarterback Dak Prescott said, “He knows how much I want him here, and a lot of people in this locker room have reached out in different ways on their own.”
Jerry Jones, owner of the Cowboys, was similarly straightforward.
Jones replied, “Odell may be of use to us.” “I believe that now. Now, we must make it work, and that is the difficulty.”
After the game, Beckham tweeted, accompanied by an eyeball emoji, “They went crazy today.”

Beckham’s 2018 teammate Saquon Barkley stated two weeks earlier, “He knows how I feel and how we feel about him.
It is Odell. He is an exceptional athlete. When he is healthy, he is one of the league’s top players. Why wouldn’t anybody want him?”
The Giants must investigate the conditional clause “when he’s healthy.”
