Last week, a stranger allegedly attempted to rape a 19-year-old college student as she walked home in Brooklyn, according to officials.
The youngster was strolling on Lafayette Avenue in Clinton Hill on her way home from school at 2 a.m. on November 28 when the pervert approached her and attempted to rape her, according to police.
According to authorities, the young woman struggled and fled from her assailant. She declined medical treatment.
The suspect escaped as well, according to police, who released security footage late Sunday night depicting the pervert wearing a black jacket, blue trousers, and headphones while walking on the sidewalk.
Monday, the police were still searching for him.
The 300 block of Lafayette Avenue, which stretches from Grand Avenue to Classon Avenue, is where the attack reportedly took place, according to the police.
The authorities refused to identify the victim’s college of attendance.
