Christina Haack and Ant Anstead resolve custody dispute; no trial is scheduled

The custody dispute between Christina Haack and Ant Anstead over their 3-year-old son Hudson has been resolved, and there will be no trial in March 2023.

As initially decided in June 2021, the former couple will continue to have shared legal and physical custody, according to court documents acquired by People on Tuesday, November 18th.

The exes, who divorced in 2021 after separating in 2020, agreed to a holiday schedule with “exceptions” to their initial arrangement.

The couple’s child will celebrate Halloween with Ant in even-numbered years and Christina in odd-numbered years.

The same holds true for their Easter and Fourth of July holidays with Hudson.

The ex-spouses, whose divorce was finalized in 2021, have agreed upon a holiday plan.

Haack, 39, will have the child from the Wednesday before Thanksgiving until the following Monday on even-numbered years, while Anstead, 43, will have the child on odd-numbered years.

Haack also receives even-numbered years from December 23 to Christmas Day, as well as one week during Hudson’s school break.

Legal and physical custody of Hudson is shared by the reality stars.

Representatives did not respond quickly to Page Six’s requests for comment.

In September 2019, the “Flip or Flop” alum gave birth to Hudson. She shares custody of her 12-year-old daughter Taylor and 7-year-old son Brayden with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa.

Haack and her husband Joshua Hall have moved on.

Haack shares custody of her two oldest children with El Moussa, 41, and his wife, Heather Rae Young, whom he married in October 2021.

In an interview with “Today” last month, the 35-year-old pregnant “Selling Sunset” actor stated, “Any controversy aside, the babies are the most important thing to all of us.”

Anstead is in a relationship with Renée Zellweger.

In April, the former “Wheeler Dealers” presenter accused his ex-wife of “exploiting” their kid on social media, bringing the co-parenting arrangement between Haack and Anstead to a climax. At the time, he sought exclusive custody but was rejected.

At the time, the HGTV celebrity and her third husband, Joshua Hall, supported her parenting methods. Since then, they have ceased posting photos of Hudson’s face on social media.

Haack revealed in a November Instagram Story upload, “I CHOSE and chose not to share Hudson because I was weary with Instagram being used as a weapon against me.”

Anstead, who has dated Renée Zellweger since 2021, justified his October posting of his own photos of Hudson.
