They are living in complete honesty.
A British couple is speaking out about their intention to spend the holiday season naked, stating they won’t even cover up when relatives visit.
Helen Berriman will entertain her 75-year-old mother and 15-year-old daughter for Christmas Day supper as she and her husband, Simon, sit naked.
Berriman told Caters, “Some people do look at us as though we’re utterly insane, especially when they learn that we host Christmas, but we’re all about body acceptance and everyone feeling comfortable.”
“My teenage daughter and my mother are completely accepting of our lifestyle, and they don’t even bat an eye when we answer the door in all our glory,” the nudist exclaimed.
“This arrangement is not typical, but it works for us. On Christmas day, we will exchange gifts, play some party games, and raise a glass – a perfectly regular celebration. Simply, Simon and I will not be wearing any clothing.”
Berriman didn’t find the guts to strip off until 2020, when she realized that neither her daughter nor their neighbors objected to her boyfriend’s habit of being naked.
The mother added, “I was anxious that it would bother my kid, but when I asked her, she claimed it didn’t affect her at all.” “When I was furloughed in 2020, I discovered that Simon worked from home naked notwithstanding, and then he began being naked in the backyard in full view of the neighbors. I felt embarrassed until I understood that they didn’t care.”
“Then I realized, why should I care if they don’t?” She continued.
Berriman subsequently attended a nude painting session, where she subsequently disrobed.
She claimed, “While I was enjoying a cup of tea with everyone, I felt so at ease that I realized they were just a wonderful, typical group of folks.” “I decided to remove my dress as well, and unexpectedly, nothing negative occurred. Nobody was ill, and nobody was passing judgment.”
The mother eventually decided to remove her clothes permanently and resigned her profession as an optometrist to begin writing for a nudist magazine.
She remarked, “I realized I had wasted twenty years of my life worrying about what others thought I should wear.” Everyone has scars and stretchmarks, so it’s good not to have to cover them up.
