This Starbucks employee is quite agitated over her coffee customers.
Keicha Halsell, also known as Keke Not Palmer on TikTok, reveals the worst things consumers may do when getting a cup of coffee from the Seattle coffee business.
The barista detailed in a now-deleted viral video the most bothersome “icks” she receives when selling coffee, according to the Daily Mail.
The Florida native, who has almost 20,000 followers and over 1 million likes on the network, opened her now-viral video by stating, “I’m pretty sure I’ll get in trouble for this video, but I’m going to post it anyway.”
She then proceeded to list her top five frustrations while preparing caffeinated beverages: First on Halsell’s list of pet peeves is when customers in line take “another five minutes to tell us what they want” when they reach the cashier.
She opened her video by saying, “I’m very certain I’ll be in trouble for this video, but I’m going to post it anyhow.”

Halsell, one of a growing number of claimed Starbucks employees attempting to air workplace problems in viral recordings, apparently despises customers who drink almond, oat, and soy milk alternatives. The customer then requests cold sweet cream foam to be added to the iced beverage.
Those who are unable to consume dairy should not add heavy cream and milk to their beverages, as these additions are not good for them.
Next, the employee must deal with consumers who order new foods they’ve never tried before and end up disliking them.
She must then make a cup of tea five times till the customer is happy. “How is that my fault? “[It] irritates me,” she grumbled.
The next thing that irritates her is when customers request a drink that isn’t on the menu or is derived from TikTok, thanks to the 32,1 billion videos tagged #Starbucks.

Halsell added, “They don’t know the recipe, so I have to spend two minutes watching a barista on TikTok prepare a drink that took two minutes, then two minutes writing it down and five minutes making it.”
The final thing that irritates her is when she is pouring a latte and the customer abruptly changes their mind and claims they “forgot to mention iced.” She stated that the customer should have provided this information earlier while Halsell was inputting the order.
When a consumer requests a drink that is not on the menu, it is one of her primary concerns.

According to a story in the Daily Mail, viewers of the since-deleted video said that employees like Halsell make going to Starbucks an uncomfortable experience.
“This is why I suffer from order anxiety. One person said, “That’s why I’m staying home to brew my own coffee,” while another responded, “That’s why I buy my coffee at Speedway. Starbucks is simply too demanding.”
There were, however, a few other baristas who came to Halsell’s rescue with their own client horror stories.
“My favorite question has always been ‘is this mine?’” ‘No ma’am. That hot coffee with Brian’s name on it is NOT your frap,’ remarked one admirer.
Another user commented, “We used to have a woman who would complain that we weren’t making her drink correctly so she could receive a free drink coupon from the shop manager.”
