A TikTok video depicts the chaos inside a college club where LSU student Madi Brooks was drinking prior to being raped by two men.
The 19-year-old Alpha Phi sorority member was shown on security tape of the bar ‘drunk’ before to entering a car with four guys, who have subsequently been accused of raping her and leaving her on the side of the road.
Everett Lee, 28, Casen Carver, 18, Kavion Washington, 18 and a 17-year-old kid have all been accused in connection with the assault and a court yesterday set bond for the adult defendants.
Madi was struck by a ride-sharing vehicle at approximately 3 a.m., near to where the men had left her, although the driver has not been detained in connection with her death.
Despite having a sign prohibiting individuals under 21 from sitting at the bar, new footage obtained by DailyMail.com indicates that the bar appears to promote underage drinking.
The video depicts students tumbling over the bar into the floor, some partygoers drinking directly from the bottle while wearing bar uniforms, and others being helped to the restroom.
The bar provides cover for Greek sorority ladies like Madi, and the Snapchat video is filled with female students and staff members discussing their pranks.

An counsel for the bar, Kris Perrett, acknowledged in a statement that they are ‘completely collaborating with authorities’.
Several staff members are captured on film engaging in inappropriate dances, and a female who appears to be intoxicated collapses over the bar as drinks are served.
In addition to Washington, an unidentified 17-year-old boy has been charged with third-degree rape.
Following the death of the student, Washington’s uncle Lee and his friend Carver were also arrested and prosecuted as third-degree rape accomplices.
On Tuesday, a court placed all three adult defendants under home arrest and ordered them to wear ankle monitors.
Carver is being held on a bail of $50,000, Lee on a bond of $75,000, and Washington on a bond of $150,000.

Reggie’s club, an infamous Baton Rouge establishment known for underage drinking and fighting, has had its liquor license canceled again following the murder of 19-year-old Madi Brooks.
The bar owner, Darin Adams, whose sports bar is known for its taxidermy animal heads and confederate flag décor, has declined to comment.
Baton Rouge police raided the club in July 2017 and suspended its license for 45 days after 37 persons were detained for underage drinking, the majority of whom were at Adams.
In September 2015, an inebriated 21-year-old was arrested for threatening to open fire on people while brandishing a loaded handgun.
The following month, a 19-year-old male was charged with rape after attacking an intoxicated woman trying to make her way home after becoming separated from her sister at a bar.
And in January 2016, a standout of the LSU football team, Dillon Gordon, 22, was stabbed numerous times at the pub.
Carltez Tucker, 16, was fatally shot outside of Reggie’s in May 2022, and a 24-year-old lady was injured. Detectives arrested three and said they suspected the incident originated from a stolen pistol that Tucker had grabbed.
It is believed that the 17-year-old will remain in juvenile detention until his court date in February.
They allege that she was in a ‘drunken state’ but was able to consent and willingly got in the car with them before they dropped her at the side of the road.
Surveillance tape captured her entering the pub at 10 p.m., and it is believed she was not working at the time.
Madi frequented the pub and occasionally worked behind the bar alongside her LSU sorority sisters.

The bar has now had its license cancelled after police opened a probe into the assault on Madi – with numerous other occurrences happening in or around the establishment, which sports animal heads and a confederate flag.
A representative for Louisiana ATC confirmed to DailyMail.com that the suspension was immediate and related to the investigation into Madi’s death.
In May of last year, the body of a guy with a gunshot wound was discovered behind Reggie’s Club, and in 2016, an LSU football player was stabbed after a brawl in the bar.
Following a fight, head coach Les Miles banned the team from the nightclub, and one player was dismissed from the team.
In 2015, a Covington man was also charged with rape following the separation of a woman from her sisters during a night out at Reggie’s.
Patrick Earl Franklin raped the woman in the backseat of his car in the bar’s parking lot. The victim told detectives she did not recall much of the night because she was so inebriated.
The owner of the saloon, Darin Adams, did not respond to a request for comment by DailyMail.com.
According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, Madi had 0.319% alcohol in her system, a level so high that toxicologists believe she may have suffered from alcohol poisoning or loss of consciousness.

The Louisiana Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission has announced that they have suspended Reggie’s bar’s license due to the “seriousness of the allegations and potential threat to public safety.”
In a statement, they stated that they were working with law enforcement and reference ‘recent events’ at the restaurant – with a hearing to be set next month.

The party was observed leaving the bar at 1:49 a.m., and the vehicle was last seen at 1:59 a.m. Carver told police that both the 17-year-old and Washington had sex with the victim in the backseat of the vehicle.

A lawyer defending two of the prisoners maintains that he has video proof that they are innocent, and that she actively participated in the sexual activities.
He asserted that Madi was in a ‘coherent state’ and ‘understood what was going on’ and argued that the video would establish this.
Haley stated that he will provide the footage to investigators and the District Attorney’s office, although it is unclear whether he has already done so.
Haley and the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
A spokesman for the district attorney’s office was unable to confirm whether the video was provided to authorities.
Authorities also collected security footage from the pub and surrounding businesses, which show Madi arriving into the bar around 10.06pm, with Carver, Lee, Washington and the juvenile guy entering at 10.18pm.

Officers claim in their affidavit that about 1 a.m., Madi was spotted seated on a stool by the bar’s counter before tripping and being helped to her feet by two guys.
Darin Adams, the proprietor of the legendary Reggie’s bar, has been in the public eye for quite some time.
At 1.34am she was observed sitting on a bench near the entrance door before falling again with the teenager approaching her removing her cap and helping her to get to her feet.
The party was observed leaving the bar at 1:49 a.m., and the vehicle was last seen at 1:59 a.m. Carver told police that both the 17-year-old and Washington had sex with the victim in the backseat of the vehicle.
Madi was abandoned less than 10 minutes from the bar before being struck by the ride-sharing vehicle at 2:50 a.m.
Carver, who was driving the vehicle, told cops that he asked Madi where her companions were, but she responded she did not know and appeared ‘drunk’.
He stated that Madi gave’verbal consent five times’ to the 17-year-old before having intercourse with her in the backseat of the car, after which Washington exited the vehicle and exchanged partners with the girl to have sex with the victim.
During his interview with the police, Carver denied ever seeing or knowing Madi, but agreed to give her a ride.
On Monday, her sorority wrote: ‘Madi was a cheerful, loving, and unselfish friend. She made an everlasting impact on our chapter, and we will never forget the experiences we shared with her. Madi, our lifelong friend, was also a hero; she donated her heart and kidneys to save the lives of others.

Carver stated that he felt ‘uncomfortable’ and ‘hated’ the sex acts, adding that he believed she was too drunk to consent.
Both Carver and Lee remained in the front of the car as the sex acts were being performed, with Carver telling them to ‘stop’ before dumping Madi off.
Lee refused to speak with authorities, but Washington denied having sex with Madi and that he watched the youngster have sex with her.
When asked for an oral DNA swab, he stated, “When I say she was drunk, she was drunk” and sought the presence of an attorney.
The 17-year-mother old’s refused to allow him to deliver a statement.
In addition to her injuries from the collision, a post-mortem examination indicated that Madi had ‘injuries consistent with a prior sexual assault’
It comes after a second tragic crash on Burbank Drive, which raises concerns about the safety of the region.
Ethel Wesly, 71, was slain during the same week as Madi, prompting people to argue for increased lighting, sidewalks, and a reduced speed limit.
In addition, the entrance to the Pelican Lakes subdivision on Burbank, where Madi was slain, will have additional lighting.
