According to a police report acquired by TMZ Sports, Eagles rookie guard Josh Sills, who was charged on rape and kidnapping charges in his native Ohio this week, forced a woman to perform oral sex on him.
In an alleged incident that occurred in Guernsey County on December 5, 2019, the 25-year-old Sills engaged in sexual behavior that was not voluntary and held the victim against her will, according to a release published on the website of the Ohio attorney general on Wednesday.
Sills allegedly forced a lady to perform oral sex on him for “approximately 20 minutes” in his truck at 2 a.m., “until he did his thing”; the victim sustained bruising on the back of her throat, inner lip, right ear, and left knee. The police claim to have photographed the purported victim’s injuries.

The woman stated in the report that Sills drove her and her cousin back to her cousin’s residence from a local cafe. The woman and Sills, who were both 21 years old at the time, attended high school together and had known each other for perhaps seven or eight years.
As her cousin exited the vehicle, the victim claimed police that Sills grabbed her by the arm and dragged her back inside. According to the report, the woman stated that her cousin “shut the door and walked into the house without a second thought”
After attempting to kiss her, Sills allegedly grabbed her by the neck and threw her onto the seat. The woman said that Sills unfastened her pants and began groping her while she constantly implored him to stop.
According to the complaint, the woman stated that Sills sat up, grabbed her by the back of her neck, and hauled her on top of him while stating, “she was doing this and would not leave until she did this”
Sills allegedly compelled her to perform oral sex on him at that time.
Afterwards, the woman asked Sills if she could leave, and he allegedly said, “you will talk to me again,” after which she raced into her home.
This Monday, a grand jury in the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court indicted Sills on one felony crime of rape and one felony count of kidnapping. Michael Connick, his attorney, stated to the Associated Press that the claims against his client are baseless.
Sills is due to appear in court on February 16, 2023, four days after the Eagles and Chiefs play in Super Bowl 2023 at State Farm Stadium in Arizona.
Wednesday afternoon, the NFL placed Sills on the Commissioner Exempt List pending consideration of the event under the league’s personal conduct policy. While on the list, Sills cannot participate in practices or travel with the squad.
The Eagles stated in a statement that they are aware of the legal situation regarding Josh Sills. “We have been in contact with the league headquarters and are now obtaining additional information. No more remark is available at this time.”
