According to a source, the Biden administration has postponed Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s travel to China next week after a suspected Chinese spy balloon was sighted over the western United States.
Bloomberg reported on Friday, citing two officials, that Blinken’s scheduled meetings with his Chinese counterpart on Sunday and Monday had been postponed after the balloon was sighted late Thursday over Montana.
The State Department set a teleconference with media at 10:30 a.m. to discuss the upcoming trip.
