A 28-year-old man named Matheus Calainho Cyranka, from Barra da Tijuca in Brazil, has been arrested for allegedly posing as a gay masseuse to sexually abuse women.
He used the fake name “Fernando” while offering his services as a fake massage therapist.
Cyranka is accused of abusing two women in an apartment in Ipanema and was previously arrested in January 2021 for the same crime against two other women.
Police claim he selected his victims, who were typically digital influencers, in exchange for advertising his services.
He allegedly asked the women to strip down to a bikini or remove all their clothes before starting the abuse.
If found guilty, he could face a prison sentence of two to six years.
