In Leicester, a disturbing incident occurred where a man was seen pouring liquid from a jerry can over a car and then setting it alight.
During the commotion, the man also punched another man alleged to be the owner of the car. According to locals, the incident happened on March 8 after an argument between two men in a nearby restaurant.
Home CCTV footage captured the two men walking towards the street where the cars were parked. One of the men was holding a jerry can and was seen pouring the liquid over the vehicle before setting it on fire.
He then punched the alleged owner, knocking him to the ground, before walking away briskly while the car was engulfed in flames.
