Former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, has expressed deep sadness regarding the recent attacks on multiple communities in Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State.
The attacks have resulted in a significant loss of lives and destruction of property.
Non-Community Gunmen Allegedly Perpetrating the Violence
Solomon Marren, a member of the House of Representatives, revealed that over the past three days, approximately 200 people have been killed in the local council.
Marren further disclosed that 17 communities within Mangu LGA have been completely ravaged.
It is alleged that the violence is being carried out by gunmen who are not from the affected communities.
Shehu Sani Denounces the Killings as Massacre
Taking to his verified Twitter handle, Shehu Sani expressed his distress over the situation, emphasizing that the killings in the Plateau communities were not the result of a mere clash, but a horrific massacre.
