Acceptance Fee for Federal Polytechnic Offa (OFFAPOLY)

This is to inform all candidates who have been offered provisional admission into the various IJMB, National Diploma (ND), and Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes at the Federal Polytechnic, Offa (OFFAPOLY) for the 2022/2023 academic session that the management of the institution has announced the acceptance fee amount, payment procedure, and payment deadline.

Offa Poly Payment Process for Acceptance Fee

It is advised that candidates verify their names on the Polytechnic Portal:

Offa Poly Acknowledgment Fee:

Only N10,000 is required for the IJMB Programme.
Only N25,000 (twenty-five thousand naira) is required for the HND Program.

All accepted candidates are urged to pay the acceptance fee according to the following instructions:

I Pay the acceptance fee listed above using an Interswitch-compatible ATM card, print the acceptance fee receipt online, and exchange it for an official receipt at the Bursary.

(ii) Print the online acceptance letter and submit it to the admissions office on the Main campus for signature. (candidates must provide the original copies of their certificates and test results).

Please note that this procedure must be concluded by the “Acceptance End Date” specified in the table below.

Candidates who fail to complete the procedures by this date will forfeit the offers of admission.
