A Blessing and a Fun Experience
It is worth noting that the proceeds from the California Lottery, which are not distributed as prizes, go towards supplementing funding for public schools in the state.
In the fiscal year 2021-22 alone, the lottery transferred approximately $2 billion to support public education, giving schools the flexibility to allocate the funds to important instructional programs that might otherwise lack sufficient funding.
