During the tribunal proceedings on Tuesday, copies of result sheets, printouts of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), and records of the number of Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) collected for the last presidential election across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) were admitted as evidence.

Obi and the LP’s lawsuit revolves around Tinubu’s alleged non-qualification due to the double nomination of his vice, Kashim Shettima, and an alleged drug trafficking conviction in the United States.
