Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, expressed strong disapproval and characterized the war threats made by the military in Burkina Faso and Mali as nonsensical and pitiful.

The threats were issued in response to West African leaders’ plans to restore Niger’s deposed President, Mohamed Bazoum, through potential military action.
