Regenerative Farming and Beyond Fortnum & Mason, a renowned name in the world of food and luxury, will host a talk on regenerative farming on the 23rd. Moreover, a dinner event titled “Ai & Beyond,” taking place at the Monarch Theatre on the 22nd, offers an immersive and theatrical experience that explores the relationship between food and the internet’s power.

Sustainability and Gastronomy Dedicated chefs such as Chantelle Nicholson, Anna Haugh, and Sally Abe will lead a sustainable demonstration and tasting.
