A man has been taken into custody after the unexpected and unexplained death of a 26-year-old woman in Aberaman.
The incident unfolded during the early hours of Wednesday morning, on May 17, when emergency services received a distress call reporting the incident at a residence on Cardiff Road.
According to a spokesperson from South Wales Police, a 33-year-old man from Aberaman was apprehended in relation to the circumstances surrounding the woman’s demise.

However, he has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
