A Texas mother was publicly embarrassed and banned from attending peewee football games after she chased a 12-year-old boy who performed a lawful tackle against her son
It was the Southside Ravens’ first game of the season against the North West Gorillas.
The woman is observed strolling towards the field, and her behavior is likely to undergo a drastic transformation.
After witnessing her son being tackled during a game, she becomes enraged and runs onto the field.
This is laughable. How can you get so outraged over a children’s game? ” she stated.
Your son plays football, and tackling each other is a normal part of the game.
“How can you get that angry that you are chasing him and cursing at him as you are chasing him?”
It was the opening game of the season for the Southside Ravens peewee football team, who faced the North West Gorillas.
The 12-year-old player for the Ravens, Ivan Flanagan, told the broadcaster that the boy he tackled had acted in stark contrast to his mother.
Yes, I picked him up and everything, Flanagan confirmed.
Actually, he attempted to shake my hand after the play, until his mother began chasing after me.
Despite being a good sport, the boy, his mother, and his family have been banned from attending future games.
Both he and his mother were removed from the North West Gorillas.
The woman is shown sprinting onto the field and making a beeline for the 12-year-old boy.

The woman has been fined $200, while the league must pay $500 for failing to maintain sideline control.
The North West Gorillas issued a statement on Facebook to the Ravens and Flanagan.
The statement stated, “First and foremost, we would want to apologize to the parents of the young man who was unfairly chased across the field by a parent who is a part of our organization.”
In no way is that acceptable, nor is it condoned. We have since removed both the parent and children from NWG since we do not support placing any child in danger.

North West Gorillas sent a statement on Facebook to the Ravens and Flanagan.
The post went on to discuss the ‘very emotional’ nature of the game, noting that the primary concern at these games is the safety of children.
Although we cannot control the actions/emotions of others, we accept responsibility for our own behavior at yesterday’s event, including the part it played and how it was displayed.
‘Despite the behavior displayed by the other side, there was no justification for its escalation to that degree or manner.
‘We really regret the impact this has had on everyone within and beyond our business.
“We applaud all of our devoted parents who tirelessly ride for us.
We wish to extend our sincere apologies to the family and, in particular, to the young man.
Police in Houston are investigating the incident.
