Mr Franklin Fabulous Felixson, the Zonal Coordinator of the Christian Health Association of Nigeria, CHAN, has praised the management and employees of Adamawa Broadcasting Corporation, ABC Yola, for their efforts in educating the public about healthcare services and related activities in the state.
He made the remark during a courtesy visit to the General Manager, ABC Yola, at the Yola Broadcasting House on Wednesday.
Mr Fabulous Felixson stated that they were at ABC Yola to seek collaboration with the organization in order to raise public awareness about the Christian Health Association of Nigeria’s activities in the state.
The Christian Health Association of Nigeria, according to the coordinator, is a faith-based organization tasked with overseeing the services of missionary-owned health institutions in the country.
He explained that the organization was founded with the goal of providing quality health care to rural populations at a reasonable cost.
In light of the multiple issues in the industry, Mr Felixson said that the Association has formed a collaboration with the Ministry of Health to supplement government efforts.
The coordinator noted that the organization provides services in the state’s Jimeta and Demsa local governments.
Mr Fabulous Felixson sought ABC Yola’s help in carrying out the organization’s mission.
In response, Chief Alleni Ethan Dah, General Manager of Adamawa Broadcasting Corporation, ABC Yola, expressed happiness at the visit and highlighted that the religious group plays an important role in supporting people with health difficulties at the grassroots.
He remarked that the organization was delivering high-quality health care at reasonable prices in many sections of the state, and he urged the health centers to keep up their good work.
Ethan Dah, the association’s chief, told members not to be discouraged by the health-care sector’s issues.
The General Manager told them that ABC Yola would be ready to assist the Christian Health Association of Nigeria in a variety of ways.
