Ezra Miller, the star of the blockbuster show Scandal, has been accused of seizing control of a teenage activist, dousing her in booze, LSD, and marijuana, and behaving in a cult-like manner toward her.
Tokata Iron Eyes, a member of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe, first met the Flash actor when she was 12 years old, when the then 23-year-old Miller paid a visit to their North Dakota reservation.
The movie star, who identifies as non-binary and queer and uses the pronouns they/them, is about to release a new film.

Tokata’s parents claim they struck up an odd friendship, and Miller even flew her to London to tour the Fantastic Beasts studio two years later.
They also say in a complaint that the actor provided drugs and alcohol to their underage daughter and disturbed her Massachusetts private schools to the point where she dropped out in December. They claimed that the actor had a “habit of corrupting minors.”
Miller’s parents also claimed, according to People, that he used ‘cult-like psychological manipulation’ and had ‘controlling conduct.’
Tokata’s father Chase Iron Eyes, a former Democratic House candidate for North Dakota, and his wife, said in their lawsuit: ‘Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata.’
The parents are asking the court to intervene and issue an order of protection against Miller on behalf of their daughter. A hearing is set for next month.
They allegedly discovered injuries on Tokata’s body when they went to Miller’s house in Vermont in January to fetch her after she dropped out, and she no longer had a driver’s license, car keys, or bank card, according to TMZ.
After being returned to her parents’ house, the adolescent went to New York to meet with Miller, and the two have apparently been traveling together to Vermont, Hawaii, and Los Angeles since then.

The first arrest in Hawaii occurs in March 2022.
They were arrested in a karaoke club in Hilo, Hawaii, after allegedly bothering patrons with aggressive behavior.
The actor is also accused of yelling obscenities at a female singer while attempting to steal the microphone.
Miller was also accused of lunging at a 32-year-old darts player.
2nd arrest in Hawaii in April 2022
After becoming agitated, he allegedly threw a chair at a 26-year-old lady.
Miller became enraged after being asked to leave a meeting at a home, according to authorities, and flung a chair, injuring a 26-year-old lady in the face.
They were apprehended during a traffic stop 20 minutes after the incident and released afterwards.
She was also a vocal opponent of the proposed Dakota Access Pipeline and has been on stage with Greta Thunberg to protest climate change.
Miller has had a number of run-ins with the authorities, including drug and violence-related incidents.
In March, the actor allegedly screamed obscenities at a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke in Hilo’s Margarita Village Bar before attempting to grab the microphone from her mid-song.
On the same night, they spat in the face of a 32-year-old man who was playing darts at the bar. The out-of-control star was eventually apprehended by police.
They later pled no guilty to disorderly conduct and were fined $500.
After being asked to leave a gathering, Miller became enraged and flung a chair, striking a 26-year-old lady in the face.
According to authorities, the unidentified woman was left with a half-inch cut but refused care.
During a traffic stop at the crossroads of Highway 130 and Kukula Street in Kea’au 20 minutes after the attack, the Hollywood star was apprehended.
Miller was residing with a couple who bailed them out for $500, but then sought a restraining order against him.
Miller allegedly intimidated them and robbed them while they were staying at the couple’s Hawaii house, according to the couple.
The husband, who has not been publicly named, alleged that after returning home, Miller had a breakdown and threatened his wife, saying: ‘I will bury you and your s*** wife.’
The couple has since dropped the petition for a restraining order.
Warner Bros and DC executives held an emergency meeting in March where they agreed to halt any future projects involving Miller, sources told Rolling Stone.
Despite the fact that Miller’s The Flash is set to launch next year, insiders told the publication that Miller, who has a history of’meltdowns,’ will not be making any public appearances for the DC Cinematic Universe.
Miller previously sparked controversy in April 2020, when a video purportedly showed him choking a lady in a club in Reykjavik, Iceland, according to Variety.

Miller was overheard instructing Klan members to kill themselves with their own guns if they didn’t want ‘us to do it for you if that’s what you want.’
Miller was previously arrested for marijuana possession in 2011 and had a run-in with the cops.
When the actor, then 19, and his companion were pulled down in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, officers allegedly discovered 20 grams of marijuana on them.
The drug possession accusation was eventually dropped, but they were charged with two citations for disorderly behavior and required to pay a $600 fine.
