Police have published a CCTV photograph of a guy they want to talk with about the assault.
The victim and the suspect allegedly met at a bus stop before walking to the Horton Road neighborhood, where the suspect committed a sexual assault on her and then escaped.
The attack occurred between 8 and 8.40 p.m. in bushes next to the Gulf gas station off Horton Road in the city, according to the police.

According to cops, he was carrying a black “man bag” and a white carrier bag.
