After Dobermann bit 3-year-old daughter, owner isprosecuted

A lady has been prosecuted after her dog attacked a three-year-old child as she was returning home from a candy store, leaving her with severe and permanent injuries.

Just after 6.30 p.m. on August 8 in Havant, Hampshire, the little child was visiting her grandparents when she was bitten by Lisa Marie Garner’s Doberman.

She had a “severe wound” to her back and was sent to the hospital right once for immediate surgery.

Garner, 45, will appear in court the following month after being charged with possessing a dangerously out-of-control canine.

Hampshire Constabulary has destroyed the Dobermann.

One neighbor who lives close to the scene of the incident claimed to have heard a girl crying before a neighbor emerged and seized the dog and booted it.

‘It was dreadful and a huge shock for anything like that to happen,’ the unnamed speaker added. It may have gone far worse.

The grandparents are furious and placing all the blame on themselves. However, it is not their fault.

The little girl, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was said to be recovering well at Portsmouth’s Queen Alexandra Hospital.

They said, “She’s still got a grin on her face.”

‘Officers investigating a horrific dog bite incident where a kid was left with life-altering but not life-threatening injuries have charged a 45-year-old lady,’ a Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said today.

On Monday, August 8, at around 6:35 p.m., we learned that a three-year-old child had been attacked by a dog on Botley Drive in Havant.

The young woman was treated at the Queen Alexandra hospital. Now recuperating at home

Police later burned the Dobermann that was involved.
