International Graduate Programme (IGP) is your chance to make an impact from day one. The aim is to develop a pool of internationally minded individuals with the potential and capability to become leaders within HEINEKEN.

Stages Involved In The Recruitment Process
The following are the four stages involves in the selection process of the 2022 Heineken International Graduate Programme
Stage1: Fill out the application form. If your application is successful, you will be invited to complete an online assessment.
Stage 2: Upon a successful online assessment, a telephone interview will follow. Based on the outcome of the telephone interview, you may be invited to a face to face interview close to your home or study location.
Stage 3: If successful at stage 2, you will join a two-day assessment event. This event combines analysing data, presentations, role playing and socialising.
Stage 4: Finally, if you are successful, you will be offered a place in the 2022 HEINEKEN International Graduate Programme.
How to Apply.
There are six graduate programs available ranging which include programs in Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Corporate Affairs, Procurement and Marketing and Sales. See below on how to apply on any program of your choice:
2022 International Graduate Programme – Finance (2321)
To apply for this programme, you should at least:
- Have a degree or will graduate by September 2022 – preferably a Masters degree
- Have an affinity with Finance, and a degree in Finance, Economics, Business or any similar field
- Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February 2022 (voluntary and internships do not count)
- Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
- Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad.
2022 International Graduate Programme – Marketing & Sales (2361)
To apply for this programme, you should at least:

- Have a degree or will graduate by September 2022 – preferably a Masters degree
- Have an affinity with Marketing & Sales
- Have a drivers license
- Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February 2022 (voluntary and internships do not count)
- Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
- Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad
2022 International Graduate Programme – Procurement (2362)
To apply for this programme, you should at least:
- Have a degree or will graduate by September 2022 – preferably a Masters degree
- Have an affinity with Procurement, and a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or any a similar field.
- Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February 2022 (voluntary and internships do not count)
- Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
- Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad
2022 International Graduate Programme – Corporate Affairs (2363)
To apply for this programme, you should at least:
- Have a degree or will graduate by September 2022 – preferably a Masters degree
- Have an affinity with Corporate Affairs
- Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February 2022 (voluntary and internships do not count)
- Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
- Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad.
2022 International Graduate Programme – Supply Chain (2364)
To apply for this programme, you should at least:
- Have a degree or will graduate by September 2022 – preferably a Masters degree
- Have affinity with Supply Chain
- Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February 2022 (voluntary and internships do not count)
- Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
- Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad
2022 International Graduate Programme – Information Technology (2365)
To apply for this programme, you should at least:
- Have a degree or will graduate by September 2022 – preferably a Masters degree
- Have an affinity with Information Technology
- Have no more than 2 years of professional work experience in February 2022 (voluntary and internships do not count)
- Be at least fluent in English – preferably multilingual
- Have the ambition to have an international career at HEINEKEN together with a genuine interest in other cultures – preferably already lived abroad
