After nearly two weeks since the cheating scandal involving Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss broke out, Ariana Madix, the Vanderpump Rules star, has finally broken her silence on the matter.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Madix expressed her gratitude for the love and support she received from her friends, family, and strangers following the explosive discovery.
She also revealed that she has been devastated and broken since learning of Sandoval’s months-long affair with Leviss, her friend and co-star.
Madix initially deleted her Instagram account after the discovery but returned to the platform to post a photo of herself donning a pink and green dress during a trip to Mexico for a friend’s wedding.
In the post’s caption, Madix expressed her appreciation for the support system she has and hoped to repay everyone for their love.
Madix acknowledged that her closest friends are also grieving the loss and reeling from the betrayal, and she is not alone in the situation. She ominously concluded her caption with, “What doesn’t kill me better run.”
The cheating scandal was uncovered after Madix found a sexually explicit video of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone during one of his band’s shows, leading to their subsequent breakup.
Sandoval posted an apology claiming his “biggest regret” was that he “dishonored Ariana,” while Leviss blamed the affair on her “addiction to being and feeling loved.”
This was the first time Madix spoke publicly about the situation. Vanderpump Rules airs on Wednesday nights at 9/8c on Bravo.
