Bingham University Postgraduate Admission Requirements: Table of Contents
The criteria for the department are currently accessible on the University website. In addition to meeting the departmental requirements for their program, candidates for admission to the Postgraduate School must meet the following general requirements:
Candidates for Professional Master Degree must hold at least a Second Class Lower degree from Bingham University or other institution approved by the University Senate.
Candidates pursuing Master of Science (M.Sc) and Master of Arts (M.A) programmes with a bachelor’s degree from Bingham University or other recognized universities are required to have at least a Second Class Lower in the relevant discipline.
For admission into the Doctorate (PhD) Degree Programmes, candidates with a Master’s Degree from Bingham University or other accredited universities must have earned a minimum GPA of 3.00 or its equivalent on their Master’s Degree test.
Bingham University Graduate Degree Programs Duration
Diploma Programmes at the Postgraduate Level – a minimum of two semesters and a maximum of four semesters.
Professional Master Degree Programmes – between two (2) and four (4) semesters.
Minimum of three (3) semesters and maximum of six (6) semesters are required to earn a Master of Business Administration.
Minimum of four (4) semesters and maximum of six (6) semesters for Master of Science programs.
A minimum of six (6) semesters and a maximum of ten (10) semesters are required for doctoral degree programs.
How to Apply for a Postgraduate Admission Form at Bingham University
Beginning on September 19, 2022, online application forms will be available for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.

Ph.D Programmes N25, 000
Master Programmes N20, 500
Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) N15, 500

National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Completion Certificate, Exemption Certificate, or Exclusion Certificate,
Three (3) Reference Letters and Official Academic Transcripts are required.
Photocopies of pertinent credentials and a duplicate copy of the Application Form payment receipt.
