Britney Spears is reminiscing about the past.
Tuesday night, the pop sensation posted a series of throwback images of herself and her ex-boyfriend playing basketball on Instagram.
“When we used to shoot hoops TOGETHER… miracles happened!!!” the singer captioned the photos of the duo in matching basketball clothes.
However, Spears appeared to conclude the article by disparaging Timberlake, who crushed her heart over two decades ago.
“I emerged from my mother’s womb just as we all did!” Why do you always cast me out? I’m equal as all !!!”
After the trip down memory lane, Spears hinted at getting a new arm tattoo.
In a social media-posted video, the “Toxic” singer pranced around her hotel room before an artist began tattooing her arm while they were both standing.
“Tattoo in Maui 3 days ago !!!” She captioned the video. “Can’t display it because it stinks!!!” Like like really truly stinks!!! S–t !!!”
The bizarre social media behavior occurs just one day after Spears’ husband, Sam Asghari, denied rumors that she had a “meltdown” in a restaurant.
“Don’t believe what you read online, people,” the actor posted Monday on his Instagram Story in response to a TMZ article saying that Spears’ “manic” behavior in public caused her boyfriend to “storm out” of the institution.
The singer also released a video of herself receiving fresh tattoos.
However, a restaurant staffer told Page Six that the commotion was created by another customer who persisted to video Spears despite her attempts to cover her face with a menu.
The employee stated that the Grammy winner “was understandably upset” and that Asghari “only left briefly to retrieve their vehicle, but he did not storm out.”
Spears has not yet revealed her new tattoo, which did not turn out as she had hoped.
In classic Britney manner, she rushed to social media quickly after the incident to express her opinion and offer the middle finger to her detractors.
“I’m aware that the news is making a big deal about my becoming a touch tipsy at a restaurant… It’s as if they’ll be observing my every move! Then they have the audacity to talk about all the bad things that have happened to me in the past!!!”
