1 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 tbsp. tomato sauce

1 tbsp. chutney

1 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. peanut butter

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ cup Vinegar

½ cup wine

½ cup onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, crushed

- Mix all of the ingredients together and pour over the chicken pieces.
- Precook the chicken for 30 minutes before putting them on the braai.
