You won’t find any shredded beetroot or pickled salad in this recipe. To retain the vibrant red colour and maximum flavour, the beetroot bulbs are not drained in this recipe. Remember that sour flavour? It’s gone, but the apples and pineapple fragments will do the trick. In order to add some visual appeal and texture, feta cheese may be sprinkled on top, and shredded onions can be added to the mix.
