After DJ Kent’s last album was released in 2016, his fans were thrilled to see him return with brand-new music.
Although he has frequently collaborated with local musicians, DJ Kent has been extremely quiet in recent months.
DJ Kent, whose real name is Khensani Mabaso, sent Twitter into overdrive when he announced his latest music release and gave fans a 30-second preview of his song “Horns in the Sun.”
The last time Kent posted on Twitter was on July 27, so Twitter users were thrilled to see his return announcement.
He captioned his post: “Horns In The Sun ft. @MoT_MiCasa Out This Friday!!!”

This new album follows his 2013 and 2016 releases, “The Weekent” and “Evolution,” respectively. He has also contributed to the albums of other artists.
In January 2020, DJ Kent announced his resignation from 5FM, where he had served for nine years as the host of “Ultimix at 6,” a 30-minute segment featuring the hottest local and international DJs.
