The administration of Ekiti State University (EKSU) has started selling forms for admission to its part-time degree programmes for the 2021/2022 academic year. Below are the courses, requirements, and application instructions for the EKSU part-time admission form.
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Bachelor’s Degree Programmes approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in the Part-Time programmes of the Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria for the 2021/2022 academic session.

- HND with a minimum of lower credit in relevant discipline
- HND with pass and PGD in relevant discipline
- University first degree with a minimum of pass in relevant discipline

- B.Sc. Entrepreneurial Studies
- Five (5) credit passes in O’Level/SSCE/GCE/NABTEB. The passes must include: English Language, Mathematics, Economics/Commerce and any other two subjects from Geography, Government, History, Business Studies, Tourism, Civic Education, Yoruba, Hospitality Management, Computer Studies.
- B.Sc. Economics
- Five (5) credit passes in O’level/SSCE/GCE/NABTEB Examinations in Mathematics Economics, English Language and two other subjects, one of which must be from the Social Sciences.

- Five (5) credit passes in O’level/SCE/GCE/NABTEB Examinations in English language, Mathematics, any two Social Science subjects and any other subject.

- Five (5) O’level credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB Examinations in English language, History/Government and three other subjects, one of which must be one of the Arts subject.

- Five (5) O’level credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB Examinations in English language and any other four subjects

- Five (5) O’level credit passes in five subjects in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB Examination in English Language, with at least a Pass in Mathematics and credit passes in any four other subjects

- Five (5)’0level credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB Examinations in English Language and Literature in English and any three subjects from Yoruba, Government, History, Christian Religious Studies, Islamic Religious Studies, French, Hausa, lgbo, Mathematics, Economics and Civic Education.

- Five (5) O’level credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB Examinations in English language and any other four subjects.
- B. Sc. Mathematics
- Five (5) O’level credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB Examination in English language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Agricultural Science.
- B. Sc. Statistics
- Five (5) O’level credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB Examinations in English language, Mathematics, Physics, and any two other subjects from Biology, Agric Science, Chemistry, Geography, Economics, Government and Civic Education.
- B. Sc. Environmental Management
- Five (5) O’level credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB Examinations in English language Mathematics. Geography and two other subjects, one of which must be from the Social/Management Science
- B. Sc. Tourism and Hospitality Management
- Five (5) O’level credit passes in SSCE/GCENABTEB Examinations in English language, Mathematics and any other three subjects, two of which must be from the Faculties of Science, Management and Social Sciences.
EKSU ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FOUR YEAR PROGRAMMES
Applicants must possess the O’Level requirements as contained in (1-23) for the intended programme of study. In addition, candidates must have:
- National Diploma in relevant disciplines with a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized institution
OR
- At least two GCE/A level passes in relevant subjects.
OR
- Higher National Diploma in relevant disciplines with a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized institution.
EKSU ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TOP-UP PROGRAMME
Applicants must possess the O’Level admission requirements tor the intended programmes of study. In addition, candidates must possess at least a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit in relevant disciplines from a recognized institution or a first degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University.

EKSU part-time degree form is N17,100
- To apply for 2021/2022 Pre-degree go to eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng. click on ADMISSION, you will be directed to the online application portal.
- Sign up’ by providing the required details to create an account. MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE YOUR ACTIVE EMAIL AND PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER, a verification email will be sent to you.
- After successful signup, click LOGIN to log on to your dashboard, applicants are to login using their CORRECT Email or JAMB registration number as ‘username’ and enter your password provided while signing up.
- On your dashboard select the type of application (2021/2022 Part-Time application). The next page requires PAYMENT FOR THE PART-TIME APPLICATION FORM, click on PAY NOW to redirect you to REMITA online Payment.
- On Successful payment, the application form will be opened, attach your 1″ x 1″ coloured passport photograph with red background in JPEG format only on the form page.
- Upload details of your O’Level result(s) obtained at not more than two sittings at the following examinations: WAEC/SSCE, NECO and NABTEB.
- After undergoing the above procedure, preview, confirm, submit and print out the completed screening form.
NOTE:
- The O’Level requirements for all courses are to be obtained at not more than two sittings.
- All advertised programmes run on PART-TIME basis i.e. on Weekends and Weekdays except for B.Sc. Computer Science that runs on Weekdays only.
