The businessman from Pretoria said that he feared for his life after the release of the Twitter files. According to The Sun, Errol Musk disclosed that his son likewise fears for his safety and has increased house security in the past month.
“After recent threats against him, he determined that I, too, require protection. If they abduct one of us, it will be the fastest $20 million anyone has ever made,” he told The Sun.
Errol continued by stating that Elon is “naive” regarding the energy enemies he has been creating.
“I believe Elon is a bit naive regarding the enemies he is making, particularly with the Twitter Files. “I’m not afraid, but I’m terrified that something might happen to Elon, despite the fact that he’s surrounded by about a hundred security guards,” he continued.
“I believe it’s only a matter of time before one of the individuals he will expose with the Twitter Files says, ‘I don’t want to go to jail; release Elon’.” He continued, “It’s not rocket science.”

Errol disclosed that his son outfitted his home with a high-tech surveillance system, electric fencing, and “armed-to-the-teeth” guards on a 24-hour basis.
“Elon’s representatives contacted me to inform me that they wanted to secure my home entirely. This security company informed me in December that they have been instructed to safeguard the residence,” he told the publication.
“Therefore, I now have nine cameras around my home that are monitored around-the-clock and that I can view on my phone or television. In addition, they have placed an electric fence around my residence,” he stated.
