This is to inform all candidates who have been offered provisional admission into the various IJMB, National Diploma (ND), and Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes at the Federal Polytechnic, Offa (OFFAPOLY) for the 2022/2023 academic session that the management of the school has officially confirmed the acceptance fee amount, payment procedure, and payment deadline.
Offa Poly Acceptance Fee Payment Procedure
Candidates are advised to check their names on the Polytechnic Portal:
Offa Poly Acceptance Fee:
- N10,000 (ten thousand naira only) for IJMB Programme.
- N25,000 (twenty-five thousand naira only) for ND and HND Programmes.
All admitted candidates are advised to follow the following procedure for payment of acceptance fee:
- Pay the acceptance fee listed above using an Interswitch-compatible ATM card, print the acceptance fee receipt online, and exchange it for an official receipt at the Bursary.
- Print the online admission letter and submit it to the admissions office on the Main campus for signing. (candidates must provide the original copies of their certificates and results).
Please note that this procedure must be completed by the “Acceptance End Date” specified in the table below.

Applicants who do not fulfil the requirements by this deadline will lose their admission offers.
