Actor Jeremy Renner was allegedly hospitalized on Sunday in Reno, Nevada, following a snow plowing mishap.
A spokeswoman for Renner informed Deadline that the actor was in “serious but stable condition with injuries sustained in a weather-related accident earlier today while plowing snow.”
According to Deadline, the representative stated that he is with his family and “getting wonderful care.”
Renner owns a residence in Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe, an area where 35,000 homes lost power on New Year’s Eve due to a winter storm.
Renner, widely known for portraying the superhero Clint Barton or “Hawkeye” in numerous Marvel films and Disney+ television series, was reportedly evacuated to the hospital.
The two-time Oscar nominee presently starring in “Mayor of Kingstown” for Paramount+.
On January 15, the second season of the show will begin broadcasting.
Renner was nominated for the 2010 Academy Award for Best Actor for his portrayal in “The Hurt Locker.”
