Former Kaizer Chiefs Football Club Public Relations Officer (PRO), Louis Shakoane, is set to make his first court appearance tomorrow after being apprehended for fraud.
The South African Police Service (SAPS) has officially confirmed the arrest of the former Kaizer Chiefs official, although they have not disclosed his name.
Colonel Katlego Mogale, spokesperson for the police, revealed that a 74-year-old suspect was taken into custody on May 16, 2023, at a funeral in Mamelodi, Pretoria.
The arrest was made following the execution of a warrant in connection with an ongoing investigation into an unregistered investment scheme.
