Festus Keyamo, the immediate past Minister of State for Labour and Employment, has responded to his nomination as a minister.
President Ahmed Tinubu included him in a new list of ministerial nominees submitted to the Senate, as announced by Senate President Godswill Akpabio during a plenary session.
Alongside former Minister of Aviation, Femi-Fani Kayode, Keyamo had been actively engaged in discussions on Twitter during the 2023 presidential election that saw Bola Tinubu emerge as president.
