The administration of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has released the application form for the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2022/2023 academic year.
The Application/Registration Form will be accessible online from Friday, 21st October 2022 through Monday, 14th November 2022.
Candidates that declared the Federal University o Technology, Akure (FUTA) their institution of choice and scored at least 180 on the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board’s 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will be admitted (JAMB). Candidates admitted through Direct Entry are also eligible and obliged to participate in the Pre-Admission Screening Exercise.
How to Submit a FUTA Post-UTME Application
The screening fee for the FUTA post-UTME application is N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira), payable at any bank on the REMITA platform.

Login with their UTME Number, generate their RRR, pay on the REMITA platform, and CONFIRM payment.
Fill out and submit the University Post-UTME Application form online, and print a copy for your records.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
All qualified candidates must complete the Registration Form prior to the screening exercise. Note that the candidate’s UTME Registration Number and Full Names (as they appear on the JAMB Slip) must be entered correctly at the time of payment and registration.
Each candidate must visit the University’s website (www.futa.edu.ng) and complete an online Registration Form after making payment. The candidate should print the completed Form for use.
FUTA Post UTME Screening Timetable and Prerequisites
The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) Computer-Based Pre-Admission Screening Exercise is set to take place on the university campus from Tuesday, November 15, to Thursday, November 17, 2022.
All applicants must go on to https://firars.futa.edu.ng/screening/welcome/putmeappindex to print their Post-UTME screening slip and find out the day, time, and location of their screening.

The completed FUTA Post-UTME Online Registration Form on paper.
Payment evidence via REMITA.
The screening will take place at the FUTA Digital Resource Centre on the “Obanla Campus” of the Federal University of Technology in Akure.
In the screening room, candidates may NOT bring cell phones, iPads, Walkmans, wristwatches, sunglasses, or any other electronic devices or extraneous materials.
