Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin) stated that there is no tension between her and Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber’s ex-girlfriend.
In July 2018, months after the “Love Yourself” singer broke his on-and-off relationship with Gomez, Hailey and Justin became engaged.
Due to the short period between the relationships, many at the time assumed that Bieber cheated on Gomez and, as a result, posted harsh words to Hailey Bieber.
Hailey stated in the most recent episode of “Call Her Daddy” that she never would have dated Justin if he was still in a relationship.
“It is not in my nature to interfere with another person’s relationship. I would never do such a thing. I was brought up better than that “The model, aged 25, said. “I can state categorically that I was never with him when he was in a relationship with another person. I had been in a relationship with him since I was 18 years old.”
Hailey went on to claim that she believes fans find it difficult to accept her marriage to Justin because they believe she “stole” him from Gomez or his devoted fans.
“Perception is a tough thing because when you observe something from the outside, you can only view it in one manner,” she continued. “It is a significant obstacle because what occurred behind closed doors may not be the truth.”

Later in the interview, Hailey said that she had spoken with Gomez since Justin’s 2018 wedding and that they do not have any issues.
Hailey stated, “Therefore, I’m like, it’s all respect and love.” “Also, I believe it’s acceptable if everyone on our side is aware of what transpired, we’re in good standing, and we can move on with clarity and mutual respect. And I’m like, “Hey, we know what happened.””
Hailey said that she hopes Gomez’s fans will show her “respect” and refrain from making comments about her relationship.
In the past, Hailey, Justin, and Gomez have sought to stop haters from sending the married couple notes.
In 2019, Gomez deleted a video in which she pleaded with followers to stop assaulting Hailey online, following rumors that the model posted a song titled “I’ll Kill You” directed against her.
Gomez stated in the video, “I do not support women demolishing other women, and I will never support it.” “Therefore, please be courteous to everyone. No of the circumstances, if you are my followers, you should never be nasty to anyone.” In relation to her marriage, Hailey warned trolls on TikTok earlier this year to “leave her alone.”
“Enough time has passed for it to be OK to leave me alone,” she remarked. “Sincerely, this is my one and only request. Leave me alone. Please be miserable someplace else.”
