INEC to Take Action Against Suspended REC in Adamawa State Following Investigation

INEC spokesperson, Festus Okoye, revealed that the police have concluded their investigations and that the commission possesses sufficient evidence to prosecute Yunusa-Ari.

According to Okoye, it is INEC’s responsibility, as stipulated by law, to prosecute Yunusa-Ari if a prima facie case has been established against him.

Since then, there has been limited information about the case.
