Reportedly, Kanye West “paid a settlement” to a former employee who claimed he had “praised” Adolf Hitler.
The 45-year-old rap musician reportedly adored the late Nazi party leader who orchestrated the murder of six million Jews during the Holocaust from 1939 to 1945.
According to records acquired by NBC News, the “Stronger” rapper, who was previously married to reality queen Kim Kardashian, 42, and has children North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm with her, has now reportedly paid off the former employee for an undisclosed amount.
Six former employees of West, who legally changed his name to Ye in 2021, are also alleged to have “heard him spout conspiracy theories concerning Jewish people or celebrate Hitler.”
Ryder Ripps, a conceptual artist who intermittently collaborated with Ye between 2014 and 2018, stated that while having “pushed back” on the comments at the time, they “didn’t seem that harmful.”
He stated, “However, this is harmful, repulsive, and truly aggressive. With this pattern and the doubling and tripling down of all of this, it is evident that this is some sort of horrible, hate-filled, bizarre Nazi fetish.
It comes just days after the former employee, who wished to remain unnamed, claimed that Ye found it “amazing” that Hitler had “accumulated so much power” and accomplished “wonderful things.”
He stated, “He would glorify Hitler by remarking on how remarkable it was that he was able to amass so much power, as well as the great things Hitler and the Nazi Party accomplished for the German people.”
