Katie Rost is “starting over” after relapsing.
Wednesday, the former “Real Housewives of Potomac” cast member updated fans on her rehabilitation path via Twitter.
“I relapsed, I had decided to abstain from drugs, white claw and Adderall, and sex, and tonight I failed in one of those,” tweeted the 42-year-old former reality star.
Rost said, “I did what I should have and immediately went to a meeting.” “But yup, starting over: day 1.”
Twitter users were eager to give their well wishes, and Rost responded to a number of them.
She informed a follower, “I’m fine, it’s not the end of the world.” “But because I’m a chronic addict, it’s so depressing… especially after feeling so courageous.”
Rost continued by saying that she is “still standing” despite her “tough” circumstances.
Following her release from treatment, the Bravolebrity obtained employment at Bethesda Co-op, an organic store.
She posted on Instagram on Friday, “Jesus Christ, I started working like a real job.” “I just completed an eight-hour minimum wage shift.”
Rost revealed, “I made $14 an hour… I felt like a real person instead of a reality TV character.” Keeping things real.”
The model informed her followers in October 2022 of her intention to “quit alcohol and Adderall coping” in a 30-day program.
“I’m nervous. “I’m terrified but incredibly excited,” Rost wrote at the time. We will experience trauma as a result of sexual assault.
Earlier in the same month, Rost warned online bullies to “f–k off” and clarified that mental health “is not a joke” but rather a “process.”
Rost is best known as a Season 1 cast member of “The Real Housewives of Potomac” who went on to make small appearances in succeeding seasons.
