Mass brawl erupts in French match! 5 reds and a thousand punches

Over the weekend, five players received their marching orders after a series of huge confrontations during a local derby in the southeast of France.
Hyères-Carqueiranne and La Seyne sur Mer were the two teams competing.
After 55 minutes, the first brawl broke out, resulting in a red card for one of the players on either side.
The remaining 28 players were then embroiled in a huge brawl barely five minutes later, resulting in two further red cards – one from each team.
Veteran Samoan wing David Smith, who enjoyed a long career at the top level with the likes of the Hurricanes, Toulon and Castres, is now with Hyères-Carqueiranne.
He posted a video of one of the shocking scraps, filmed from the stand, on his Twitter account.
It shows the violence spilling over on to the running track at the side of the pitch, with players flying in and throwing punches amid a number of separate altercations.
A fifth red after another brawl
There was a fifth red card shown later in the match after another fight during the 80 minutes of mayhem.
As for the result of the match, it finished 22-6 to Pool 2 leaders Hyères-Carqueiranne.
