Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has signed up with William Morris Endeavor (WME), a talent agency in Hollywood that represents major stars, including Dwayne Johnson, Adele, and Serena Williams.
WME is expected to work with Meghan on film and TV production, brand partnerships, and overall business-building but will not focus on acting or wrestling.
The agency announced the news on Twitter and posted a photo of a beaming Meghan wearing an off-shoulder dress.
However, some fans of Meghan misread the acronym WME and thought that Meghan had signed up with WWE, or World Wrestling Entertainment.
Meghan’s team at WME will include CEO Ari Emanuel, as well as agents Brad Slater and Jill Smoller.
WME will also represent Archewell, Prince Harry and Meghan’s content creation label.
